At MosWardrobe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
• Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or washed will not be accepted for return.
• Sale items, shapewear, skincare products, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided with all returns.

How to initiate a return:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at info@moswardrobe.com or WhatsApp on +234 803 317 5109. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 48 hours.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as MosWardrobe cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
