We at MOSWARDROBE Boutique want you to feel confident buying from us. That’s why we offer a 7-day, no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached, for a refund or exchange.
All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval from our warehouse. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of receipt in the following conditions:
- Where the need for the return is due to the negligence of MOSWARDROBE Boutique.
- Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached and shipped back in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.
- For health reasons, we ask that you wear panties when trying on garments that contain a crotch area. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you. No exceptions.
- Returns are not acceptable due to wrong size selection. Please contact our customer service line before purchasing to ensure the best size fit.
Typical processing time for refunds is 7–14 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing. Shipping costs are non-refundable — only the value of the garment will be refunded.
Please be aware it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see the refund as a credit on your statement. Returned merchandise that doesn’t meet the above conditions is subject to additional fees (up to 50% of the original price).
Returns Policy
When returning products, we strongly recommend using a carrier that can track packages with insurance. MOSWARDROBE Boutique will not be responsible for any damage or lost items during shipping.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for all costs incurred in returning products to MOSWARDROBE Boutique and accept all risk of loss for the product being returned. If you decide to return your garment, any free shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Please note that for health reasons, some items sold on our site (mainly girdles, shapewear, and panties) are considered “FINAL SALE” and cannot be returned. Final sale items are always noted on their respective pages, and you will be informed during checkout. Items in the “Hot Sale” category are considered final sale. Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at info@moswardrobe.com and ship the item to: 6 Port Novo Street Off Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse 2 Abuja, Nigeria.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to: 6 Port Novo Street Off Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse 2 Abuja, Nigeria.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. MOSWARDROBE Boutique does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
